Interview
First round of interview. Interviewer asked discriminatory questions such as age, marital status, whether I have children (while acknowledging that they knew it is inappropriate to do so).
Ranted about prospective employees who lie about their skills on their resume despite me having proven my technical skills with the analytics tools needed for the role.
Highly unpleasant experience with an interviewer who crossed the lines of appropriate behaviour. I am no longer interested in the role with this organisation.
First interview: written test and meet with product line manager
Second interview: meet with dept head and Human Resources personnel
Long hiring process for more than one month...
Must be patience
There were 2 rounds of interviews. Met with a manager and went through previous job experience on my resume. First met with a recruiter, basically went over my resume. Second round met with a corporate senior staff, dug into who I really was and what my goals were.
