You should also be prepared to talk about your managers and teams over the years and the way you've partnered with each of them throughout your career. It’s very important to think ahead, prepare, and answer directly while discussing your strengths and weaknesses. Managers are assessing your self-awareness and honesty as well as looking for patterns and trends in your career. They are also assessing how you handle stressful situations, how you read/control the room, and your storytelling skills. Remember to ask thoughtful, strategic questions to the team.
