I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Shell (Kuala Lumpur) in Aug 2015
Interview
Did a phone interview which took over 1hr and 15mins because there was a lot to talk about. Interviewer was very friendly and nice which made the conversation very relaxing and calm. Got an email a few days later saying that I have been invited to the Shell Recruitment Day (SRD). Read through the potential questions that can be asked and have your stories well rehearsed and you will have no problem at all. No surprise questions, just that a lot of questions will follow from the previous one and to your answers.

Interview
Applied online. Started with all the tests and then was invited to one to one interview. The interview Was not as hard as I anticipated (after having read the reviews on glass door), but was quite demanding due to probing questions. I think it went quite well, very friendly interviewee but my nerves were getting the best of me so i zoned out most of the time. Should have focused more.
