Question 1
Background Questions on my experience and what I have and why I'm applying for the role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Amsterdam) in Feb 2025
Interview
The process has been long, with a lot of opauses and no feedback in between. Sent requests of updates to talent acquisition contact, no answer (asked to share news negative or positive ones). After a few weeks and with me reaching out to the hiring manager I received the feedback that the interview did not have a positive outcome (which I took into account). They told me that based on my profile they thought I was a better fit for another role and they offered to recommend me. Never heard back from them again.
I felt pressure during the role play session with peers, with only 2 mins left to ask my questions
