How works risk assessment for Change Management module
The process was pretty straightforward. I think there could have been better communication along the way. It felt very robotic, with zero feedback. Hopefully this is not indicative of the company as a whole. Recruiters seem too overwhelmed, or simply lacking basic soft skills. Or both... Either way, the candidate deserves a better experience given the amount of time and effort that goes into the process.

Internal recruiter asked me two questions - what sort of role I was after, and whether I had any kids and what their ages were. She was shocked when I withdrew my application.
