Hour long technical interview with some fairly easy coding problems in JavaScript, Java, and Sql.
Just finished a second interview with 4 managers that focused on personalities and scenarios.
Overall pretty smooth and quick process. Happened all within 2 weeks.

The recruiter missed the meeting at the scheduled time, but then called my cellphone 75 min later when I was busy. They then admitted that the role I had applied for was already filled, and then spent 45 min rambling aimlessly about how he got into the software business.
