Applied through referral. HR was prompt in scheduling the phone screening and in house. Had bad experience with with 1/2 interviewers. They were unprepared and unclear. They were looking for someone with front end technologies hands on. Hence did not give offer.

Interview
In short, I got an offer from the Hiring Manager. It got revoked after 4 weeks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME interviewing for ServiceNow. They are unreliable and unprofessional.
I had my first phone interview on 06/15. After 2 weeks I had my second phone screen. On the 22nd of July, I had my on-site interview and on the 24th I got an email from the Hiring Manager telling me that she wanted me to make me an offer. I was told the recruiter would call me that very day to discuss further. He did not reach out to me until 10 days after I got the verbal offer. When he called he asked me how much I expect and I quoted, which is 5k over what my roommate with the same qualifications as me gets at ServiceNow. We have a master's degree. He told me it was too much and that he would talk to the hiring manager and get back to me two days after and that did not happen. I sent an email to the hiring manager after a week and he called me the next day, telling me that my quote was too high and they have decided to move forward with another candidate who is more experienced than me, on a contract and that they might convert that to a full-time job later. I told him I was interested in that and I would like to hear more details. He said he would talk to the Hiring Manager and get back to me in two days and tha did not happen. After a week, I called him today and he told me they have decided to move forward with another candidate who has more experience, in October, on a contract.
I was really looking forward to working at ServiceNow in the Licensing and Usage Team and it has been completely shattered now. I am very disappointed with the unprofessionalism that they have demonstrated and I would not recommend anyone to waste their time interviewing with ServiceNow. Your happiness to have landed a job is only going to last you 4 week. All the effort you put in will just go in vain.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Nuova Delhi) in Aug 2019
