There was a phone screening and then a second interview where you talked to people in 3 different marketing departments. Fairly straightforward although it was challenging to tell exactly what you would be doing as an intern because the teams do very different things and the people interviewers did not necessarily know exactly what the internship would look like.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you respond to a company wanting you to learn new skills that you are not excited about learning?
I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Sydney) in Jul 2026
Interview
Not good. The job is only for citizens but not in the requirement section on job description. Wasted my time to show up in the interview to know it's for citizens only.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Londra, Inghilterra)
Interview
Everything was going well; I secured the interview, and then they started asking me questions about my past experiences. It took 30 minutes more less and there have been two womans.
Mostly behavioral. Felt like friendly conversation. Interviewed with a few different folks at various levels, including management and would-be peers. First interview is with a recruiter, which is a basic screening. Felt like the interviewers wanted to help and make sure you got all your questions answered.
