ServiceNow IT Manager interview questions

Direct call from hiring manager, non recruiter. Informal phone screen that led to hastened in person interview. (this made me feel like things were going well) I let the hiring manager know that my parent had very recently had an accident and my schedule was tight. The need for a face to face interview, right away, led me to believe that the hiring manager felt he had found the right candidate based on our phone conversation about my skills and experience, NOT my linkedin profile picture.
