Sandvik interview questions

It was good, included technical rounds with management team followed by HR round and psychological assessment. We also had multiple followup during the process to discuss the goods and improvement in individual personality and if that fits the current role. Technical expectations were very clear and presentation mode really helped to depict ideas

Fairly easy and low stress and the interviewer did not ask very tough questions. He asked more personal and relatable questions, which the answers don't need to be rehearsed. I think when I interviewed, I 95% already got the job based on my credentials. The interviewer just wanted to see if I can be someone he can communicate well and work with.
