Sandvik interview questions

The position opened up in late February 2021. Was only contacted by phone in late April 2021 for the 1st recruiter phone interview. After that, utter silence for 2 weeks, and got a phone call out of the blue wanting a meeting with the manager the very next day. The manager then set up a third interview the following day. Then silence and no answer on next steps (I was at the final stage with other companies and told Sandvik the same). Then, on a Friday afternoon, given an explosive offer (with less than 1 business day) to decide. I turned down the role.

I did Two interviews, first with the manager the. other with RH. Logical, maths, and test comprehension tests. I dint got the job as they postponed the recruitment due to internal reorganisation.
