I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sandvik in Sep 2022
Interview
All competency based questions, very scientific and mechanical. First part of the process is to have a short phone-call with a recruiter possibly to check you are who you say you are. The next stage is to complete an online logic and personality test. Then the first interview is all competency based questions. Starting by giving a very brief and scripted intro about themselves, I gave a brief intro about myself and then all the questions after were asking how would I handle each scenario they gave. Presumably they are marking each answer I gave out of 10 and then scoring me overall. Maybe only 1 question asked about my specific experience and CV. Very mechanical way of conducting an interview with little room for personality or building a rapport. Maybe it's a successful way of hiring for them. Did not continue with the interview process.

Question 1
Describe how you would handle working with a difficult colleague?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sandvik in Dec 2022
Interview
Exceptionally unprofessional. I received an email from someone who did not identify herself or her employer. I was asked to take a one-way video interview. That process was a tiresome mess. The company made it very clear that its recruitment process is irresponsible and that the company treats employment candidates like garbage.

Question 1
I was asked to wade through a tiresome mess of answering some questions via video.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sandvik
Interview
I received the one-way interview one day after finishing the logic/personality test, it includes some simple questions about yourself and your relevant experience. I'm not a STEM background student but i don't find it quite difficult. You could record not only once and you could review your short video so it's kind of easy.
