All competency based questions, very scientific and mechanical. First part of the process is to have a short phone-call with a recruiter possibly to check you are who you say you are. The next stage is to complete an online logic and personality test. Then the first interview is all competency based questions. Starting by giving a very brief and scripted intro about themselves, I gave a brief intro about myself and then all the questions after were asking how would I handle each scenario they gave. Presumably they are marking each answer I gave out of 10 and then scoring me overall. Maybe only 1 question asked about my specific experience and CV. Very mechanical way of conducting an interview with little room for personality or building a rapport. Maybe it's a successful way of hiring for them. Did not continue with the interview process.
