I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Sydney) in Aug 2018
Interview
I had a brief phone conversation and then moved on to a group interview and lastly had a final interview with the direct line manager. In the group interview we are given a task we had to complete in teams and present back to the group showcasing our teamwork skills. The 1:1 interview was very in-depth around transferable experience and skills. They also brought in employees who were in the role currently which gave me great insight into the team culture, role and company.
