I was referred to the position by my friend. He was contract employee of Orange Business Services. I received interview call on my last day of internship with STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Ltd. The initial round was phone interview by HR. I was called for next stage of interview process on the next day. I went through skills test. After 2 days i was informed on passing through the skill test and 1:1 interview was scheduled in the same week. I had two 1:1 interview with Technical Lead and Project manager. After 3 days i was called for another 1:1 interview with HR. On completion of the interview with HR, i was offered job as Software Engineer.

The skill test was rigorous, i was given a business need and asked to develop small application in 5 hours, in the office interview room. I was provided with all required information and facilities. During Skill test, i expected technical quiz. But, the development of application was a surprise to me.

Interview
I was already working for the same company on a diffrent position when I applied for this one. I already knew the company values and what kind of employes they preffer.
I should start with the fact that I really wanted the job and I was convinced that I can do it. Before the interview I took a 3 days internship on the position - this proved my interest for the job.
There were 2 interviews: on both of them they put me in different situations to see how I react and how confident I am with taking decisions an assuming responsability.
