HR interview: unformal conversation about the background and motivation, but HR employee was not able to answer concrete questions about the job
2nd interview: 3hours interview, it is really long, with people taking part to the interview for 30 minutes and then leaving & other taking part, it was bit unstructured

Seen ad at Naukri and went for walkin at S2 Infotech.
It was HR interview there asking about self and HR was focusing on communication skills.
So by being confident and fluent got through.
HR sent me to Orange Business Services Vashi office for next interview.
There it was two round 1- HR and 2-Technical.
1- HR in this again it was communication and confidence test.
2- Technical in this there were two senior people who took the interview.
I have confined them to my final year project and answered all queries.
So they were inpressed.
the interview was tough and i had a lot of exams and 4-5 , i had interview with 5 people,and that was very tough so i started telling the truth without caring what should i say or what i shouldn't . after all i thought they will never accept me :)
