Oracle Sr Software Engineer interview questions

I interviewed for Senior software engineer - OCI Virtual Machine Infrastructure / Control Plane. Round 1: Screening by hiring manager where he tries to understand background and wants to check if position is good fit Round 2: Given the 2 sorted list (not necessary linked list), return the merged sorted list - need to define main method, test cases etc. Also as question does not specify datastructure, we can choose anything from link list/array/ priority_queue etc. Need to justify why. After 2 rounds of interview I was told other candidates are being considered. Was not given reason for rejection.
