No Pros to work here. This is Larry Ellison's sweat shop , and u are just a slave labour.

Cons

There is nothing good about working here. Everyday is a struggle. If i had to describe OCI in few words its a circus and we are animals, even maybe not a circus . Even animals in circus are treated with some respect.
