They have a very friendly facade and public persona. The HR person introduced herself by her nickname. But after 2 interviews they ghosted me. Also the interviewers tried to come off very friendly. That's when you need to be most careful not to let your guard down. In the end, they ghosted me. I never heard back from them as to whether I failed or the position was filled or placed on hold. Just silence.
