I had a skype interview with recruitment agency, and then two face to face interviews with the company. Both face to face interviews felt relaxed, i had a tour round the office before the interview. Did not get the job as the company felt I did not want a long-term career in customer service. The interview process was very drawn out, the outcome of the interview was about 4 weeks after the initial Skype interview with the recruitment agency.
