I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NTT DATA in Nov 2013
Interview
The interview process is a typical campus recruitment drive by a software company. After finishing the aptitude round and GD, those who were shortlisted are allowed for the Technical Round. The Technical round is little tougher when compared to other technical interviews but if you are strong in your ideas and clear understanding of concepts, you are hardly neglected.
Finally, it is the HR interview where you will have an one to one interview with the HR. Freshers are hardly to allowed to negotiate the salary package but apart from it the HR interview is the easiest of all.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Bengaluru) in Apr 2014
Interview
The first round was an online test which consisted of aptitude and technical questions, which were fairly easy if one is comfortable with basic algorithms and data structures. The next round was a Group discussion round, which was not the best experience and the person who shouted the most got the upper hand. I could only get this far.
