I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Beaverton, OR) in Apr 2015
Interview
I was located in California so got a couple phone interviews from the recruiter and manager. Then a Skype panel followed by being flown out for a live panel with the leadership team. Overall they asked pretty basic PM questions on how i would handle schedules, conflicts, etc. Mostly checking if you would be a culture fit
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NIKE in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process starts with the phone interview and then the panel interview. Nike team asked very specific questions related to job. It was a contract job. The hiring decision was made fairly quick. Sorry, I do not have much more to add. ..................................
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Beaverton, OR) in May 2016
Interview
Contractor- two phone screens- then interview prep. Phone screen with Nike, phone interview with Nike, panel interview on site with four people with question lists in front of them. Technical, cultural and leadership questions. Grueling process. Focus is on how flexible you must be, able to network and hit the ground running. All positive feedback, but pulls back in the end to make sure you really have no idea if they like you, all appeared slightly full of themselves. Highly competitive market.
