I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2012
Interview
I applied online through their jobs website on 10/2. About two weeks later I received a phone call which turned into my phone screen in which they just asked me a few initial questions about why I wanted to work for Nike, and what sports and customer service meant to me. At the conclusion of the questions, the employee set me up for an interview for a week later (10/20). Upon my arrival, I realized that it would be a group interview. I was interviewed by the Shipping & Receiving manager, as well the the HR manager. They interviewed one other candidate and myself at the same time, asking us the same questions. After the interview, I received an email about a background check for Nike. Upon submission of that, I was contacted the next day by the HR manager and was offered a job as an Athlete.
