NIKE Internship interview questions

Applied online and had a recruiter reach out to schedule a phone interview. During the phone interview, it was extremely clear the interviewer had a script with exact questions he needed to ask and write down information about. Once the interview was finished I was told I would hear back about next steps in 2 days, but instead, I didn't hear back for over 3 weeks. (no response to a follow-up email either)
