I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NIKE in Sep 2015
Interview
In general the phone interview was decent. But there is still another video stage after. Currently busy with the video. The phone interview is easy as it is just the initial screening.
I applied online. I interviewed at NIKE (Hilversum)
Interview
1. Hirevue interview
Kind of hard for shy people or those who don't like seeing themselves on the camera. They give you between 0.30- 2 minutes to prepare, then you answer the question. I was asked to wear Nike casual. 6 basic questions, like, why Nike, what experience I have with Excel, what was the voluntary project that didn't go well, etc. Plus 2 written questions (no time limit) about availability.
2. Person- to- person interview on Nike campus. The interviewer was very nice and kind. I was impressed by the casual style everyone was wearing (Make sure you wear Nike shoes and dress up casual, so no suits).
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NIKE in Feb 2015
Interview
After applying through the website, I got an email from HireValue about a digital interview I had to by 2 days. I did it on my smartphone as my microphone didn't worked on my computer. It was very unpersonnal as I talked to my smartphone and I'm pretty disappointed to see that many firms works like that now, we lost all he human side in this process that is still called "human resources"
