Video questionnaire on certain questions with no preview; they ask you to answer a question and give you a few minutes to prepare via countdown timer. Then you answer the question without any visual cues or references. Unusual to say the leasr
Multiple phone interviews, written project submissions, then an interview at the HQ in Oregon. The process took about 3 months, but was very orderly and they communicated well at each turn. Was happy to put in the work for a chance to be employed at such a great company.
Quick initial contact. HQ visit showcased commitment to innovation in show and athletic apparel, but not technology. Slow to follow-up after HQ visit, received another offer while waiting which was better than the Nike offer anyway.
