I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NIKE (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
First screen with a recruiter who set up interviews with a hiring manager. After that an interview panel. The process was well organized but the communication in between and afterward was disappointing. I was strung along while they waited for another candidate to accept an offer, and then after initiating an inquiry into my status, learned I was not accepted.
For a senior management role, I was surprised at how poorly they communicated and leveled with me. it's unfortunate and unprofessional, and I really do hope they reconsider treating candidates like that in the future.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NIKE (Beaverton, OR) in Jun 2021
Interview
Multiple rounds, lengthy process, some panel interviews as well as individual. There was some period of no communication but I would assume it is similar to other companies of this size.

Question 1
How did you develop a strategy and then “sell” it?
Initial Recruiter Screen and Hiring Manager. Contacted the recruiter after not hearing anything for 2 weeks; went unanswered; sent another email to the recruiter after 3 weeks. Crickets. Finally got the standard rejection on a Friday night of Easter weekend nearly 4 weeks after my last interview. Extremely disappointed in how Nike treats its candidates (at least this one). I think many times large companies forget the human component involved in the hiring process.

Mostly behavior-based; typical "Tell me about a time..."
