Microsoft Programme Manager interview questions

It started with an email from the HR department then a scheduled call with the hiring manager Did not hear back for about four months after the call. Did not receive an offer

I was contacted by the Recruiter to schedule the Screening call. After the recruiter rescheduled the interview several times, we agreed on a date. I emailed him with some questions but he never got back to me. I joined the Teams link for the interview, but he never showed up. I checked my email and he had sent a generic reply informing me they selected another candidate. This email was sent 10 minutes before the interview started. This is extremely unprofessional. If you outsource the recruiting team, at least make sure it's a good one.
