Microsoft Programme Manager interview questions

Very well organized, clear communication chain throughout the interview cycle and interviewers, good prep on who I'd be seeing that day, very professional but tough interviewers. Spoke to about 8 people (turns out I was interviewing for 2 roles in 2 different groups) so there was some mutual confusion. I was interviewing for a Program Manager role and was surprised by the variety of questioning. I got some programming questions, some design questions, but very very few project management/leadership questions which was a bit odd. Everyone seemed quite smart (though a bit of arrogance in quite a few people) and engaged in the interview process which is very different than Google where several people on the loop appeared annoyed that they had to conduct an interview.
