Microsoft Customer Success Manager interview questions

Interview with Korn Ferry at first gave me a very bad impression. The assessment center was good and the HR was very helpful for the preparation. Didn’t get a answer for 2 weeks before I send them a message, whereas they initially told me that I would know the next day. I felt that it was a bit disrespectful, especially when candidates spent so much time preparing for the assessment with presentation to be made ahead, etc…

Fairly relaxed and detailed. Asked good questions and spoke to a lot of different people within the CSM department. Overall, it was a good interview experience and the employees seemed to really love Microsoft.
