Microsoft Customer Success Manager interview questions

They had 3 back to back interviews all online. They asked me to create a presentation to show off my skills but never asked for it during the interview. I believe I should have brought it up myself. Nothing too tricky just about your background and how you would handle yourself in certain situaions. A few days later they informed me they were not moving forward with me.

Phone screening, 3- 1hr interviews, and then offer. The screening is very thorough and full of behavioral and experience questions. Be open and transparent. The interviewers were all really nice and engaging. It’s feels like a conversation between two friends asking about work stuff.
