Micron Technology Project Manager interview questions

Went through all 4 rounds of interviews. It was clear that everyone who interviewed me was overwhelmed by other work because scheduling seemed to be difficult. The questions were pretty standard and repetitive: about project management styles I was familiar with, giving examples of things that went wrong and how I managed them, components of a project… After the last interview (which was on the same day as the 3rd), I never heard back. This bugs me a lot because if you put someone through that much work, at least have the decency to send them an email to tell them that they aren’t a good fit.

30 minute phone interview, followed by a 5 hour interview with 4 different people, one hour each and with HR. First part was with HR describing benefits and culture. Second part was with one hour meetings with different people that I would be working with on a daily basis. I believe it is mostly an interview to see how well I would get along with the people and the culture.
