I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Singapore) in Aug 2018
Interview
Applied on their website, took a month to get the interview.
There are two interview, one with section manager and one with director.
Section manager is really nice but director is frankly intimidating as expected.
First interview was about 40mins followed by a 10mins "interview" with director a week after.
Got an offer after 2 months waiting afterwards, offer delined.

Interview
I applied online through Micron's career website. 2 weeks later, I got a call for Micron MSB HR (Bendemeer) to come down for an interview at 2pm. There are 2 rounds of interview. The first interview was with a manager. It was really casual and more like a chit-chat session. But after 10mins or so when I'm more relaxed and calm, he started asking me about questions related to manufacturing engineering. He got me prepared for the next interview with the Director at 4pm.

Interview
I applied this job position through school career fair and got an interview from them around May/June period (not their mass hiring period). For me the interview consist 1 IQ test (25 questions 30min) and 3 rounds (may go up to 5 according to HR), which is very different from the mass hiring period because I got different interviews from different departments' managers. The interview is quite relaxing and most of the time is just chit chatting with them. Each interview round took me 40-60min.
