Micron Technology Manufacturing Engineer interview questions

Headed into the room, and the first thing the interviewer asked was why am I changing job, micron wants commitment, how me wanting to change job is poor taste. This is coming from a company who retrenched 10% of their staff, with some staff having worked there for only 3 months! What a hypocrite, wasting people's time by such profiling instead of looking at their skillsets.
