Interview
Just stopped at the first round, my grade is not that good. So I spend much time explaining it. This is the flaw he stick to... I do not think that is good to only have one interviewer to decide, this made the process very random. My other friends who's grade not that good can pass just because the interviewer does not care about it.
It lasted for an hour and asked questions about self-introduction, work experience, and problem-solving experience. In particular, I asked deeply about the process experience. Also, interviewers require expertise and creativity.
Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.

Consisted of 2 rounds. First round with 2 senior managers through zoom and onsite interview with director for second round. Questions related to resume and on approach to problem solving.
