First a phone interview briefly about my resume. Then 4 back to back 30 minute interviews more on the technical side, asking my technical background, and a couple easier level coding questions
The interview process was fairly structured but felt a bit rushed. The interviewer asked standard technical and behavioral questions related to my experience, though there was limited discussion about the actual team or role expectations. Communication between interview stages could be improved, as follow-up updates took longer than expected. Overall, it was an average experience with room for better transparency and candidate engagement.

First screening with recruiter with a couple of simple embedded systems questions. Has some circuit problems. Second round with hiring manager. More technicals and more information on the team. Third Round with senior engineer.
