Submitted an application, had and interview, then next day had practical hands on. Jill was very nice, and professional, and discussed about the history of the location. She went over the schedule availability, We went over different types of modalities. And she gave me a tour of the facility

The interview process was thorough. Hands on practical was great, was made to feel comfortable and not nervous around the interviewer. Was offered the job the same day, no hesitation which made me feel great about the whole process.
