Interview
I submitted my resume, got a call to set up an interview, and then met with the Clinic Manager. After many questions about my experience and what my qualifications were, she also asked about my availability and what schedule I was looking for. I then had to perform a practical massage on the manager. I was called a few days later to say that they wanted to hire me. I was thrilled and accepted right away.

Interview
My interview was a wonderful experience. I had received a call soon after submitting my application, and we arranged a time and date.
I arrived, and was asked to fill out a physical application, then I was taken into the office.
The manager was friendly and kind, and I was immediately at ease and relaxed with her.
We discussed my work history and experience, and also what would be expected of me here at Massage Envy.
We were able to bond and laugh, but also attack the necessary professional ins and outs of the process.
I left confident in the fact that I would be hired, and a couple of hours later, after she confirmed my references, I received a call with a "yes!" and a date and time to come in.
She was very informative, and explained exactly what I would need to bring and what my first days would consist of.
I appreciated her competence and warmness.

One question she asked me was to give her an example of some time in the past where I had an unsatisfied guest and how I handled the situation.

You fill out an application and they will call you for your interview. There is an initial interview and then a practical interview. They do a background check and will then call you with an offer.
