Interview
I applied on Indeed. A few days later I was called for an interview for the following week. Once I arrived, I was asked to fill out a few forms on paper regarding by time available, past work, and references. After about 10 minutes of waiting after turning in the paper, I was called back. The HR manager was very nice and friendly.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Austin, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
First interview was a phone interview and second interview was in person. They asked interview questions typical of any retail/sales job. I felt like they played down the importance of the sales aspect of the job in my interview. Sales is a pretty important part of the job.
