Massage Envy Sales Associate/Front Desk interview questions

2 interviews. The first interview is on the phone either with the operations or brand manager and then the second interview is with the business manager. For the second interview you have a short sales script you have to memorize and if you fail to memorize most of it, they won't hire you.

Easy, went through 3 interviews. Started as group interview. Everyone was really nice and i ended up getting the job. It's a lot to learn, but fun job. I enjoy the people as well.
