Massage Envy Sales Associate/Front Desk interview questions

Very basic interview. Took home a 3 page packet home to memorized and was told to come back in 2 days to recite it back to the manager. All in all job was well laid out. Lots of way to make money by basically trying to get new clients to sign up for membership, if they do you get a bonus. More membership you get the more money you make.

I had called just to see what the opportunities were and to see if I could come in for an interview, but the phone call turned out to be an interview on the spot. I was unprepared and didn't answer some questions to best of my ability. He said that they would review the phone call and call me back if I they saw potential. Obviously i never got a call back, so I wish I could have been more prepared for that surprise interview.
