I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Massage Envy
Interview
You have to remember a script on how to make customers think they need the massage envy membership. Other than that it is pretty simple. Then they tell you when they will call you and do a follow up interview. They ask you typical "what would you do in the situation" questions.

Question 1
What was something you wish you would hAve done differently with a customer to make them more happy
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
The only downside was the manager that was supposed to interview me was almost an hour late. The man scheduled a half an hour behind me was also there. Manager was very nice and connected well with me. Asked a lot of questions about my personal life. Initially I had received a phone call the day after applying asking why I felt I was a fit for the job, if I wanted to be part time or full time, and what my availability was like. I was asked to come in three days later for an interview. She asked me questions about my resume and had me sell her a membership. I did not have to memorize a script, but I did have to think on my feet. Make sure you get to know the "customer" when selling it to her. Find out their needs. That's what they look for. Make it personal. Hired on the spot. No interview after that. Good luck!

Question 1
Why are you interested in working with Massage Envy?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Livermore, CA) in Dec 2012
Interview
Standard interview process asking about customer service situations and how you do with sales. It's literally a bunch of interview questions out of a book. They explained incentive programs for sales and asked questions around how competitive I would be against coworkers. Overall it was easy because there's a bunch of kids running these places so their bar isn't raised too high and they're not that intimidating.
