Interview
I applied online, and this is required for all Massage Envy Locations. I received a phone call from the manager who hired me in a week. She seemed pleasant over the phone and we scheduled an interview for the following week. We talked on the phone, sort of like a phone interview but not formal. For the actual one on one interview it was her and I, she talked the whole time and didn't ask me more than 3 questions. She wasn't taking notes, or recording anything I said. She then asked me to come back for a second interview to meet the owner of the clinic. On my second interview, it was just like the first one, he talked for the majority of the time, and when he wasn't talking, she was. I wasn't asked hardly any questions at all. Then I was excused from the office and given a tour by a current employee, who I had not been formally introduced to. After my tour, which consisted of how to clean the bathrooms, I was ushered back into the office and offered the job. I accepted the job offer and then left the clinic.

Interview
This was the weirdest interview I have ever been to. Upon arriving I was taken to the back office to speak with the manager. He told me to have a seat so I sat down. For the next 30 seconds all he did was stare at me and just sit there not saying one word. Then he asked, "Have any questions for me?" So I asked him a few questions and then he just sat there. He didn't ask me one single question. Not only was it awkward but he told me I should know why he was acting that way since I have a bachelors degree in Psychology. He went on to tell me that they fire their bottom two employees every month. Wow - I sure want to work for you....not.

Interview
when i first walked in to be interviewed, i waited about 30 minutes to be seen.
i was greeted by a very nasty woman who didnt even want to shake my hand. she wasnt the boss, so i preceded with the interview.
the questions were a joke, and the practical was easy.
