Massage Envy Sales Associate/Front Desk interview questions

I saw an ad and called the clinic directly. I briefly discussed my experience with the owner and he instructed me to email him a copy of my resume. I received a phone call later that evening, inviting me in for an interview for later that week. My actual interview was very relaxed. I was asked to just describe myself and explain my work history. The owner then went over the job description and asked if it was what I was looking for. He then scheduled me for a job "preview". In which I met with the clinic manager. She conducted a second more formal interview. And proceeded to let me shadow the front desk. At the end of the preview, I was offered a position to start the next week.

Applied online and received phone call right away (about 20 minutes after submitting application). Was sent 3 page script to memorize for interview and was asked to role play with a current front desk associate to show performance.
