Massage Envy Sales Associate/Front Desk interview questions

It was a brief interview. They ask about your experience and then ask you to sell them a pen. If they like you they hire you on spot. The interviews are not incredibly thorough and they hire many of the people they interview. They are basically just looking to feel out your personality.

I applied online through an online job board. The store manager called me up within the next two days. She brought me in for an interview and I was hired on the spot. The interview was very laid back. I feel like she was trying to figure out who I was as a person.
