Massage Envy Front Desk/Sales Associate interview questions

Came in spoke one on one with two different people in management they asked me a few questions gave me a script ask me to memorize it by the next day and they asked me to come in for a second interview

The interview was brief. Management asked basic interview questions along with questions related to customer service, answering the phone, and sales experience. The interview was with the two clinic managers. The franchiser was getting ready to hire new staff for the new location. The jobs is sales base which I was not aware of when I submitted my resume online, how ever it is very easy and repetitive work.
