Pretty strait forward. I applied online and filled out a personality questionnaire. They got back to me within a week. The interview wasn't so bad. Standard questions like, "Why are you interested in the company? What are you working on professionally? What are your strengths?"

It started out fine, I sat down with one of the owners who was really nice and was very easy to talk to, then his wife (the other owner) came in late to the interview, and she immediately started talking about sales and closing numbers, and how she likes things done, and really only her way was the best way, and was really pushy and seemed really fake

I applied and a couple of days later I got a call for an interview. I had about a 15-20 minute interview process, no hard questions mostly was about my previous job and my schedule, and I was hired the next day.
