I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Westerville, OH) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied online by submitting my resume. She emailed me a week later telling me she was interested in interviewing me. She forwarded me the applicant information sheet which had basic information asking my education, work, and availability. I arrived and she made me wait ten to twenty minutes past the time the interview time that was scheduled. She asked me basic questions asking to describe who I am. Why I am interested and what I would bring to Massage Envy. The benefits she told me about were really not that great. Also the pay wasn't that good either. I'm supposed to hear back soon if I got hired or not.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Norwell, MA) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview was quick. After submitting my resume it was a few months until they had an opening, I was glad they kept my resume on file. I met with current clinic admin she prepared me on what the job entails. I asked a lot of questions about corporate and told her what I was looking for out of a career. She was very open with the pro and cons of massage envy. She loved it and couldn't say anything that disuaded me. The only reason she was leaving was due to her being pregnant.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Dayton, OH) in Mar 2016
Interview
It wasn't bad, but I did feel the fact that it took 2 weeks was a little unnecessary considering the position. Most employee had informed me they almost look elsewhere because it took too long. If you're looking for a professional environment, this may not work for you. The training process wasn't great. The first week consist of what you know which is sitting at a desk for 5 hours going over what you know on your own, but they don't force you into something that you aren't comfortable with.
