I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Westerville, OH) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied online by submitting my resume. She emailed me a week later telling me she was interested in interviewing me. She forwarded me the applicant information sheet which had basic information asking my education, work, and availability. I arrived and she made me wait ten to twenty minutes past the time the interview time that was scheduled. She asked me basic questions asking to describe who I am. Why I am interested and what I would bring to Massage Envy. The benefits she told me about were really not that great. Also the pay wasn't that good either. I'm supposed to hear back soon if I got hired or not.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Glendale, AZ)
Interview
I applied and maybe 2 weeks later the sales manager called me in to interview. I got there and the front desk had me fill out 3 quick forms about my personal information. Once I was done the sales manager came out right away. She took me in her office and asked me about 4 or 5 questions but really, it felt more like conversation because she made the atmosphere so inviting. Total was about 15/ 20 minutes. Towards the end she had me do a quick 5 minute questionaire and told me she would get back to me within a week. Three days later she calls me to offer me the position! :)

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Ashburn, VA)
Interview
The mananger incharge was clearly either not having a good day, or didnt like her job.
She was rude and agressive in her demeanor. Maybe she was trying to throw me off. I kept my smile on and was professional. She rushed through it, said several times she was hungry and that was it. I was not intetested.
