I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2018
Interview
Very easy, there was an initial 5 minute phone screening just asking about my previous work experiences and then a week later I made an in-person interview that was 15 minutes long. Not stressful.
The process was very direct, I applied online then showed up for an in person interview with a manager. It was an easy process and great interview experience! Questions were not intimidating and tested your knowledge on safety!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Troy, MI) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was supposed to be a 3 part process, but it was only two parts for me. I met with the aquatics manager and we had a basic interview, I was then given the company’s mission statement and goals to be memorized and recited to the GM at a later time. That went great and I was hired shortly after.
